1. General Refund Terms

We want you to be completely satisfied with Rendre. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have consumed less than 20% of your allocated monthly word count limit.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

3. Non-refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Renewal payments for monthly or annual subscriptions (unless required by law).
  • Custom enterprise plans after onboarding has commenced.
  • Pay-as-you-go credit top-ups once used.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@rendre.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
